Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or banana, sliced

Instructions

    Add frozen berries, yogurt, honey, and milk to a blender.

    Blend on high until thick and smooth, about 60–90 seconds.

    Pour into two bowls. The mixture should be thicker than a smoothie, thin enough to spoon.
