Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup raw almonds or pecans, chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • ¾ cup granola (gluten-free or regular)
  • 6 leaves fresh mint leaves, torn

Instructions

    Divide yogurt between two bowls, creating a flat base.

    Top each bowl with half the blueberries, scattering them across the yogurt.

    Drizzle 1.5 tbsp honey over each bowl in a thin zigzag.
