Ingredients
- 12 cookies (about 3 oz) Biscoff cookies
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter (spread)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter until resembles wet sand.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish. Use a flat measuring cup to compress evenly.
