Ingredients
- 2 medium crisp apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), cored
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar or gruyere, shredded
- ½ cup toasted pecans or almonds, chopped
- ⅓ cup caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch fleur de sel or flake salt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
