Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup water

In a blender, combine the 2 cups mixed berries, 1 cup plain yogurt, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 0.25 cup water. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute.

Taste the mixture and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter popsicle. Blend briefly to combine.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.

To release, run the molds under warm water for 30 seconds until the popsicles slide out easily.
