Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the 1 lb sliced beef in a single layer and sear until browned on one side, about 2 minutes.

Flip the beef and add 2 minced garlic cloves and 3 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry until the beef is cooked through and the sauce coats the meat, about 2 more minutes.

Divide the 2 cups cooked rice between two bowls. Top with the beef and any pan juices.
