Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons calamansi or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions

    Marinate beef with soy sauce, calamansi juice, brown sugar, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the beef slices until crispy and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
