Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 2 tbsp suya spice mix
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- 1 red bell pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1 lb frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes, shaking halfway.

Cut the 1 lb beef sirloin into thin strips. In a bowl, toss with 2 tbsp suya spice mix and 2 tbsp vegetable oil until well coated.

Thread the beef onto skewers. Slice the 1 red bell pepper into chunks and thread them between the beef pieces.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking, about 6 minutes total.

In a small bowl, mix 0.25 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp ketchup to make the dipping sauce.
