Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin
  • 2 tbsp suya spice mix
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb frozen french fries
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1 lb frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes, shaking halfway.

  2. 2

Cut the 1 lb beef sirloin into thin strips. In a bowl, toss with 2 tbsp suya spice mix and 2 tbsp vegetable oil until well coated.

  3. 3

Thread the beef onto skewers. Slice the 1 red bell pepper into chunks and thread them between the beef pieces.

  4. 4

Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking, about 6 minutes total.

  5. 5

In a small bowl, mix 0.25 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp ketchup to make the dipping sauce.

  6. 6

Serve the hot skewers with the fries and sauce on the side. Sprinkle extra suya spice over the fries if you like.
