Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes or sambal oelek
