Ingredients
- 4 cups beef broth
- 8 oz frozen beef meatballs
- 4 oz rice noodles, dried
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 slices fresh ginger, sliced thin
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts, herbs (cilantro, basil, mint)
