Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups white beans (cooked)
  • 1 cup red salsa
  • ½ cup white onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crisp; remove and set aside.

    In the same pot, add oil and sear beef slices in batches until browned.

    Add garlic and onion; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

    Stir in red salsa and cook for 3 minutes to deepen flavor.
