Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 4 pieces pita bread
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce, sour cream mixed with dill and lemon juice

Stir in cumin and oregano, cook 15 seconds until the spices bloom.

Add beef in a single layer. Let sear 2 minutes without stirring until edges brown.
