- 1.5 lbs pulled pork (rotisserie or leftover)
- ¾ cup Carolina BBQ sauce (vinegar-based, bottled)
- 1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), sliced
- 2 cans (15 oz ea) canned baked beans
- 1 package cornbread (store-bought or mix), warmed
- ½ lb sliced brisket (deli or leftovers, optional)
