Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen french fries (crinkle-cut or shoestring)
  • 1.5 lbs pulled pork (rotisserie or leftover)
  • ¾ cup Carolina BBQ sauce (vinegar-based, bottled)
  • 1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), sliced
  • 2 cans (15 oz ea) canned baked beans
  • 1 package cornbread (store-bought or mix), warmed
  • ½ lb sliced brisket (deli or leftovers, optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Spread fries on a sheet pan. Bake at 425°F for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking halfway.

  2. 2

While fries bake, warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes.

  3. 3

Stir Carolina BBQ sauce into the warm pork, coating evenly. Taste and adjust sauce to your heat preference.

  4. 4

Add sausage slices to a second skillet over medium-high. Sear 4–5 minutes until browned and edges crisp.

  5. 5

Pour baked beans into a small pot. Heat over medium for 3–4 minutes, stirring gently until steaming.

  6. 6

Plate fries, top with chopped pork, sausage, and brisket slices. Serve beans and warm cornbread on the side.
