Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups lettuce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Pat the 2 lb chicken wings dry with paper towels, then toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- 2
Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 more minutes.
- 3
While wings bake, spread the 1 lb frozen french fries on a second baking sheet and bake according to package directions, usually 20-25 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- 4
In a large bowl, toss the hot wings with 1 cup barbecue sauce until fully coated. Return wings to the baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- 5
Serve wings with fries, 2 cups lettuce, and 1/2 cup ranch dressing for dipping. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper if desired.
