Ingredients

  • 8 pieces (about 2.5 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Place thighs skin-side down. Sear without moving for 4 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.

    Flip thighs and sear 2 minutes on the meat side. Transfer to a sheet pan in a single layer.
