- 6 oz ground pork
- 2 whole large eggs, hard-boiled and halved
- 1 whole fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 whole store-bought steamed bao buns
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Brown ground pork in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
