- 4 fillets white fish fillets
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice 1 red bell pepper into thin strips and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
