Ingredients
- 3 strips bacon strips
- 1 patty frozen hash brown patty
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 1 whole large egg
- 1 slice cheddar or American cheese
- 1 whole bagel

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.

In the same skillet, cook the hash brown patty according to package directions until golden brown on both sides.

Push hash brown to the side. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook until whites set but yolk still jiggles, about 2–3 minutes.

Toss spinach into the skillet for 30 seconds to wilt, then transfer everything to a plate.
