Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 medium apples
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

    Mix flour, salt, and 1/2 cup cold butter until crumbly; add water and press into a tart pan.

    Bake crust at 375°F for 10 minutes until lightly golden; set aside to cool.
