Ingredients

  • 2 packages (about 5.6 oz each) yakisoba noodles
  • 1 medium, julienned carrot
  • 3 stalks, sliced green onions
  • 1 medium, sliced onion
  • 4 tbsp yakisoba sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 1 sliced onion and 1 julienned carrot, and stir-fry until the onion is translucent and the carrot is slightly tender, about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

Add the 2 packages of yakisoba noodles to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking them apart with a spatula, until the noodles are heated through and slightly browned at the edges.

  3. 3

Pour the 4 tbsp yakisoba sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and the sauce is bubbling, about 1 minute.

  4. 4

Remove from heat. Sprinkle with the 3 sliced green onions and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Serve hot.
