Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- ¼ cup tahini
- ½ medium small red onion, sliced thin
- 4 pieces pita or flatbread

Toss beef with cumin, paprika, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 0.5 tsp salt, and black pepper.
