Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb turkey breast, boneless and skinless
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

    Pound turkey breast to even 1-inch thickness between two pieces of plastic wrap.

    Whisk mayo, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, and mustard until smooth and glossy.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

    Season turkey with salt and pepper, then sear 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

    Pour sauce over turkey and toss to coat, cooking 2 minutes until bubbling and glossy.
