Ingredients
- 8 pieces (about 3 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- ½ cup yellow mustard
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
