  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
  • 1 whole (about 1.5 lbs) rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 stalks scallions, sliced

Instructions
