Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, letting edges overhang.

    Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.

    Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until no lumps remain.

    Pour into prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm, or freeze for 1 hour.

    Lift fudge from pan using parchment overhang. Cut into 16 pieces with a sharp knife.
