Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.

Combine cocoa powder, condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.

Stir constantly until smooth and fully combined, about 2–3 minutes. Mixture should be glossy.

Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Pour fudge into prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate uncovered for 15 minutes until fudge is set but still soft.

Lift fudge from pan using parchment overhang. Cut into 16 squares.
