Ingredients

  • 20 cookies Oreos
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cookies crushed Oreos for coating

Instructions

    Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor or by hand in a sealed bag.

    Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

    Roll mixture into 12 walnut-sized balls. Freeze on a parchment-lined tray for 5 minutes.

    Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

    Dip each truffle into melted chocolate using a fork, then roll in crushed Oreos.

    Set on parchment to cool. Serve immediately or store in the fridge up to 5 days.
