Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pretzel bites or broken pretzels
  • ¼ tsp fleur de sel or sea salt
  • 3 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter

    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.

    Pour melted dark chocolate onto the sheet pan and spread into a thin, even layer with an offset spatula or spoon.

    Scatter pretzels evenly over the chocolate, pressing gently so they stick. Sprinkle sea salt over the top.

    Melt white chocolate and butter together in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

    Drizzle white chocolate over the pretzel layer in thin lines or a loose web pattern using a fork or small spoon.
