Ingredients
- 1 shot (1.5 oz) or 3 tbsp espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 8 oz whole milk
- ½ tsp sugar (optional)
- 1 pinch cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional garnish)

Pull or brew 1.5 oz espresso into a 10–12 oz cup, or brew 3 tbsp strong coffee.

Steam or heat milk to 150–155°F until foam rises to the top of the pitcher.

Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back foam with a spoon, filling to just below the rim.

Top with a thin layer of milk foam and serve immediately.
