Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice (seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, salt)
  • 6 oz imitation crab stick, sliced into strips
  • 1 whole cucumber, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed sheets), torn into strips
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)

Instructions
