Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 6 oz sushi-grade scallops, halved
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp sriracha or chili oil
  • 1 cup crispy rice (or pre-cooked sushi rice)

Instructions

    Stir soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl until fragrant, ~30 seconds.

    Whisk mayo and sriracha in another small bowl until smooth and pale orange.

    Toss tuna and scallops with the soy-ginger mixture, coating evenly.

    Divide crispy rice between two bowls and top with the marinated seafood.

    Drizzle spicy mayo over the top and serve immediately.
