Ingredients
- 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 6 oz sushi-grade scallops, halved
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp sriracha or chili oil
- 1 cup crispy rice (or pre-cooked sushi rice)
