- ½ tsp sriracha or chili paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 piece sushi-grade ahi tuna, 8 oz
- 1.5 cups cooked sushi rice or short-grain rice
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 cup mixed cucumber, scallions, and sesame seeds for topping
