Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade salmon, cubed
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice, warm
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 2 sheets nori sheets, cut into strips

Instructions

    Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth.

    Add cubed salmon to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly with the glaze.
