Ingredients

  • 2 cups shaved or crushed ice
  • 1 cup store-bought pandan jelly (cendol), thawed if frozen
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
  • ¼ cup palm sugar or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

    Stir palm sugar, water, and salt in a bowl until sugar dissolves completely, ~1 minute.

    Divide shaved ice between two tall glasses, filling each halfway.
