Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cubed
- 6 oz Filipino sausage (longaniza), sliced into coins
- 1 can (14.5 oz) canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz red potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (patis)

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add sausage coins and cook 2 minutes until lightly browned.
