Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck or sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 1 medium apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), sliced
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ¾ cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 tbsp whole grain mustard
