Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 10 oz plums (fresh, ripe)
- 1.5 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
