Ingredients
- 8 oz cantonese-style egg noodles (or ramen)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, green onion, bell pepper)
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- ¼ tsp white pepper

Boil noodles in salted water until just tender, about 4 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.

Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the noodles and soy sauce, tossing constantly until noodles are coated and edges turn crispy and golden, about 2 minutes.
