- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 6 oz dark chocolate, chopped (70% cacao or higher)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies
- 8 oz fresh strawberries
