Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 oz dark chocolate, chopped (70% cacao or higher)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies
  • 8 oz fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. 1

Melt butter and chopped chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until completely smooth.

  2. 2

Add cocoa powder, sugar, and heavy cream to the chocolate mixture. Blend with an immersion blender until silky and thick.

  3. 3

Fold cream cheese into the chocolate mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

  4. 4

Layer graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of four serving glasses or bowls, pressing lightly.

  5. 5

Spoon half the chocolate mixture over the crumbs, then top with another layer of crumbs.
