Ingredients
- 24 cookies chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos or similar)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz chocolate chips or baking chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
