Ingredients

  • 1 box store-bought brownie mix (or chocolate cake mix)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sprinkles (any color or shape)

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix brownie box with water and melted butter in a bowl until just combined. Bake in microwave 2 minutes, stirring halfway, until set and fudgy.

  2. 2

Let cool 3 minutes, then crumble into fine crumbs in the bowl using your hands or a fork.

  3. 3

Stir in frosting until the mixture holds together in a sticky paste.

  4. 4

Roll mixture into 12 balls roughly the size of walnuts and place on a parchment-lined plate. Freeze 5 minutes.

  5. 5

Microwave chocolate chips with 1 tbsp butter in 30-second bursts, stirring between, until melted and smooth.

  6. 6

Dip each ball into melted chocolate using a fork, let excess drip off, then roll in sprinkles. Set on parchment to harden 2 minutes.
