  • 1.5 cups chocolate cake mix or 1 store-bought chocolate cake (crumbled)
  • ¾ cup frosting (any flavor; canned or homemade)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sprinkles (rainbow, chocolate, or pearl)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 12 count lollipop sticks or wooden skewers (6-inch)

Instructions
