Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and halved lengthwise
  • 4 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 whole jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for mild heat)
  • ½ whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole avocado, diced
  • 1 whole plum tomato, diced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

    Place shrimp halves in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Toss to coat evenly.
