Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • ½ cup guava paste (or jarred guava sauce)
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

    Add cold heavy cream and sugar to a bowl. Whip with an electric mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.

    In a separate bowl, blend guava paste, condensed milk, cream cheese, and lime juice until smooth and light pink.

    Fold the whipped cream into the guava mixture gently in two additions until fluffy and no white streaks remain.
