Ingredients

  • ¾ cup guava paste or puree
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream, cold
  • ½ whole lime

Instructions

    Pour guava paste into a bowl. If thick, whisk until smooth and pourable.

    Whip cold egg whites with sugar in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, ~2 minutes.

    Whip cold cream in another bowl until soft peaks form, ~1 minute.

    Fold egg whites gently into guava mixture until no white streaks remain.

    Fold whipped cream into the guava-egg mixture until light and fluffy throughout.
