Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt

    Thaw puff pastry sheets at room temperature for 3 minutes. Cut each sheet into 9 squares (3×3 grid).

    Carefully slide 3–4 pastry squares into hot oil. Fry 90 seconds per side until puffed and golden brown.
