Ingredients
- ¾ cup yuzu juice
- 1.5 cups sparkling water
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- ½ whole fresh lemon or lime
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 leaves fresh mint or shiso leaves (optional garnish)

Pour yuzu juice and honey into a pitcher. Stir until honey dissolves, about 30 seconds.

Add sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice. Stir gently to combine.

Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice, then pour the yuzu mixture over the top.

Garnish with a mint or shiso leaf and a thin lemon wheel if you like. Serve immediately.
