Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Add feta and yogurt to a food processor or blender.

    Pulse until mostly smooth with some tiny feta flecks remaining, ~1 minute.

    Add lemon zest, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse to combine.

    Drizzle in olive oil while pulsing until the dip looks fluffy and pale, ~30 seconds.

    Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
