Ingredients
- 1.5 cans (15 oz each) canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup (about 12 oz) roasted red peppers (jarred), drained
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0 salt and pepper to taste

Pulse until roughly combined, then drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth and creamy.
