Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pinch each cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

    Add drained black beans, lime juice, olive oil, and minced garlic to a food processor.

    Blend until smooth and creamy, ~60 seconds. Stop and scrape down sides if needed.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and season with cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper to taste.

    Serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
